Captain Siddharth Sharma is a seasoned aviator with a distinguished career spanning over a decade and amassing more than 3,000 flight hours. His illustrious journey through the skies has seen him master the formidable landscapes of Jammu & Kashmir and the awe-inspiring Himalayas. Renowned for his expertise, Captain Sharma has flawlessly steered through the rigorous demands of the Chardham Yatra, guaranteeing the safe and serene transit of numerous pilgrims. His profound knowledge of aviation and unwavering dedication make him an esteemed and highly regarded figure in the industry.

Captain Pawan Siwach embarked on his aviation career in Hawaii in 2008. With over 15 years of distinguished experience and more than 4,000 hours of impeccable, incident-free flying, he has mastered high-altitude and mountainous missions with unparalleled expertise. Proficient in both twin and single-engine helicopters, Captain Siwach is revered for his precision, unwavering commitment to safety, and exceptional command in the most demanding environments.

Kapil Khanna is a seasoned aviation professional with over 28 years of aeronautical experience, including 20 years as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. Holding a DGCA-issued AME license (B1 & C), he has expertise in maintaining and managing various helicopters, including Bell 407, Bell 206 L4, Airbus H125, and Eurocopter Cheetah SA 315 B. He has served at Pawan Hans Ltd  (2010 – 2025), he previously worked with Summit Aviation (1999–2010) and completed his qualification from Rajiv Gandhi Memorial College of Aeronautics (1996–1999). Kapil has successfully handled DGCA audits, internal quality and safety inspections, and base management. His leadership extends to critical operations, including government flying projects and major pilgrimage helicopter services. Dedicated to operational excellence, he aims to contribute to aviation growth with his expertise.

Sanyam Sharma holds a Master’s in Business Administration and has over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing. He is recognized for his exceptional strategic vision and leadership. Sanyam excels in driving transformative business growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies, optimizing team performance, and cultivating robust client relationships. His adeptness at aligning sales and marketing efforts with broader business objectives has consistently delivered exceptional results.

Anshu Agnihotri is a seasoned HR professional with over 13 years of experience in human resources management, holding a Master’s in Business Administration. Known for expertise in driving employee engagement, talent acquisition, and performance management, Anshu excels in leading HR teams and fostering strong client relations. Her strategic approach aligns HR practices with business goals, enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Sunne Solanki is an experienced business analyst and operations management professional with approximately 8 years of experience. He has a strong background in business analytics, operations management, and financial reporting, having worked in various roles at companies like Accenture, Bata India Ltd., S. Chand & Co., and Steria India Ltd. Sunny holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Monash University, Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Shivali Chaudhary brings over 14 years of robust legal experience, specializing in arbitration, mediation, and criminal law. As Head of Legal, she leads all legal strategy, compliance, and risk mitigation efforts. Her expertise ensures effective contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and regulatory alignment.

Air commodore BS Siwach is a distinguished aviation professional with an illustrious career spanning 44 years in both military and civil aviation. He is a presidential gallantry award winner with a remarkable portfolio of experience, he has expertly piloted nine types of fixed – wing aircraft and seven types of helicopters across India and abroad.

His leadership acumen includes commanding numerous high-profile Air Force aviation units and stations, both domestically and internationally on UN conducted missions. In civil aviation sector he has served as COO and Vice President in reputed organisations. He is presently the CEO of BNN Aviation and Director General of the Aviation Safety Management Society of India. He possesses an unparalleled depth of knowledge in civil aviation regulations and has been instrumental in conducting aviation – related training and audits with exemplary professionalism.

Renowned for his unwavering ethics, integrity, and profound industry insight, he also serves in a consultancy capacity as an aviation expert with Cloud 9 Helicopters. His leadership is the cornerstone of Cloud 9 Helicopter’s commitment to delivering superior standards of service and operational excellence in aviation charters and beyond.

Captain Nitin Welde is a distinguished former military aviator, amassing over 6,500 hours of flight time across the varied and often treacherous terrains of India, including the formidable Siachen Glacier. As a Category A2 instructor within the prestigious ranks of the Indian Air Force, he was honored by the Government of India with the esteemed responsibility of spearheading a specialized training mission in Namibia.

In recognition of his unparalleled valor during a life-saving mission, Captain Welde was conferred the coveted Gallantry Award by the President of India, an accolade that stands as a testament to his extraordinary contributions to the nation. Following a resplendent military career, he transitioned effortlessly into the world of civil aviation, where he has continued to thrive as a pilot for the past eight years, bringing the same rigor, discipline, and excellence to his civilian endeavors.
